I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and am also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. I've successfully coached hundreds of clients in achieving their physical goals and maintaining strength, flexibility and agility.
I've lived a lot of life and have personally experienced some of life's major transitions including, marriage, pregnancy, birth, career change, loss and separation. Along the way, I have learned valuable tools to not just survive but thrive through these changes.
YOGA AND MEDITATION
I am a Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Meditation Teacher. Establishing a practice in both of these disciplines can have dramatic effects on your mind and body. I have practiced yoga for almost 18 years and am passionate about helping others to learn and grow in their own practice.
CAREER AND BUSINESS COACHING
When I graduated from UCLA in the 90's my goal was to change the world and in the process I changed myself, several times. I worked in Corporate Marketing for 15 years and have also been an entrepreneur for close to 20 years in real estate and health and wellness.
